Owning a boutique independent bookstore has been a life’s dream for Mary-Liz, who took over the business in 2015. She has worked with some iconic independent bookstores such as Wild Swans and The Women’s Bookshop. She has also been involved with The Readers and Writers Festival bookstore, the librarian for ACG Senior College and General Manager with Total Library Solutions.
She is a passionate reader and dedicates a large amount of time selecting books that will appeal to the customers of Matakana Village Books.
